Nectarine, apricot, pear and citrus fruit aromas that combine with honeysuckle notes derived from the older oak. The palate is full flavoured with ripe fruits.
SRS Wilyabrup Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
"Such a classy cabernet offering detail and definition as much as pure joy in the drinking. Expect a pitch-perfect blend of florals, exotic spices, including cardamon and turmeric, cooling mint, mulberries, blueberries and nori. It’s structured yet mid-weighted, the oak seamlessly integrated, with slinky tannins and fine acidity all in unison.”
Jane Faulkner, Halliday Wine Companion
SRS WALLCLIFFE CHARDONNAY 2023
"Very bright, light yellow colour with an engagingly complex bouquet of smoky matchstick reduction overlying grapefruit and lemon, toasted nuts and nougat, the intensity and range of complexities on the nose repeated in the mouth where the wine is stunningly intense and concentrated, flowing long and harmoniously to its incredibly long finish. A great chardonnay.”
