Cancellation policy

Wine Club Terms and Conditions: 

  1. To become a member of the Family Tree Wine Club and receive the benefits, you must be 18 years or older.
  2. By joining you are making a financial commitment to receive two deliveries of wine, based on which membership type is chosen.
  3. By joining the Family Tree Wine Club, you are agreeing to receive communication from us; this may be in the form of email, post or telephone.
  4. Once you have completed two wine pack shipments, you may cancel your membership via email (admin@flametreewines.com) or by phoning us on 08 9756 8577. 
  5. Your nominated credit card will be debited a few days prior to dispatch.
  6. Wine Club shipments are made in March and September each year.  Deliveries are made via Australia Post and must be signed for by a person 18 years or older. Delivery is usually made within 14-21 business days after payment is processed. Unless specified beforehand, wine will not be left on premises if nobody is at home. A calling card will be left and wine will need to be collected from your local Post Office. Flametree Wines and Australia Post take no responsibility for wine left unattended.
  7. You are responsible for updating your own contact details, credit card details and delivery address. 
  8. Stock availability, wine prices and terms & conditions are subject to change at any time and will be updated on this form as they occur.
