Cancellation policy
Wine Club Terms and Conditions:
- To become a member of the Family Tree Wine Club and receive the benefits, you must be 18 years or older.
- By joining you are making a financial commitment to receive two deliveries of wine, based on which membership type is chosen.
- By joining the Family Tree Wine Club, you are agreeing to receive communication from us; this may be in the form of email, post or telephone.
- Once you have completed two wine pack shipments, you may cancel your membership via email (admin@flametreewines.com) or by phoning us on 08 9756 8577.
- Your nominated credit card will be debited a few days prior to dispatch.

Wine Club shipments are made in March and September each year. Deliveries are made via Australia Post and must be signed for by a person 18 years or older. Delivery is usually made within 14-21 business days after payment is processed. Unless specified beforehand, wine will not be left on premises if nobody is at home. A calling card will be left and wine will need to be collected from your local Post Office. Flametree Wines and Australia Post take no responsibility for wine left unattended.
- You are responsible for updating your own contact details, credit card details and delivery address.
- Stock availability, wine prices and terms & conditions are subject to change at any time and will be updated on this form as they occur.
