1. Simply choose your own 12 bottles or a preselected 12-pack.
2. Enter your details, delivery address and payment details.
3. Your account is now created so that you can purchase wines at 20% discount at any time.
4. Your membership pack will be sent to your door in Singapore four times per year (Janaury, April, August, November). If you wish to receive wine prior to this or at any other time simply login and purchase online.
5. We will send an email reminder a month prior to each delivery so that you can change any details or update your selection, as required.
6. Your card will be charged when we start processing wine club for that month.
7. If you are away on holiday or need to delay delivery please advise us prior to the shipping dates.
8. Once you have received 2 shipments, you are free to skip or cancel your membership if you wish.

1. To become a member of the Singapore Wine Club and receive the benefits, you must be 18 years or older.

2. By joining you are making a financial commitment to receive a minimum two deliveries of wine, based on which membership type is chosen.

3. By joining the Singapore Wine Club, you are agreeing to receive communication from us; this may be in the form of email, post or telephone.

4. Once you have completed two wine pack shipments, you may cancel your membership via email (admin@flametreewines.com) or by phoning us on +61 08 9756 8577.

5. Your nominated credit card will be debited a few days prior to each club dispatch.

6. Wine Club shipments are made four times a year.  Deliveries are made via Get Freighted/DHL and must be signed for by a person 18 years or older. Delivery is usually made within 5-10 business days after payment is processed. Flametree Wines and its shipping carriers take no responsibility for wine left unattended.

7. You are responsible for updating your own contact details, credit card details and delivery address by the due date. Reminders will be sent 2-4 weeks prior to each club shipment.

8. The Member is responsible for paying their own government fees, taxes and duties upon arrival in to Singapore which must be paid prior to delivery of the wine.
