Lovely lifted Chardonnay aromatics of stone fruit and citrus dominate the nose at this early stage.  The palate shows nectarine, lime, lemon and subtle cherry fruits from the Pinot Noir addition.  A lively wine that is both textured and fresh.

Ideal growing conditions have helped to produce a wonderful sparkling wine. A traditional blend of Chardonnay and Pinot grapes have been fermented in stainless steel then held on yeast lees prior to blending and bottling.
