The nose on the 2025 Pinot Grigio shows plenty of lifted nashi pear, elderflower, kiwi fruit, granny smith apples, stone fruit and a hint of yeast lees. The palate has lovely floral notes and acid line balanced with a touch of phenolic grip. This wine is a refreshing, aromatic white style perfect for the warmer months.
Fruit for the 2025 Pinot Grigio was machine harvested in the cool early hours of the morning. The fruit was tipped directly into the press, given a few hours skin contact before pressing which provides flavour and texture for this style of wine. The free run juice was fermented in stainless steel on light solids and the pressings were fermented in older oak puncheons.
