Family Tree Club Membership Packs - Autumn 2025
Welcome to the Family Tree Wine Club! As a member, you’ll stay connected with the Flametree family while enjoying our exceptional Margaret River wines twice a year — in Autumn and Spring. Our next shipment, featuring a great selection of wines, will go out to members across Australia in March 2025.
Update Your Details
To ensure your case arrives without any issues, please take a moment to log in to your account and verify that all details are correct. This includes:
- Delivery Address
- Credit Card Number & Expiry Date (Most payment issues are due to expired card details)
Custom Club Pack Members – Select Your Wines
If you have a custom membership, please log in to your account to confirm your wine selections. If you don’t make any changes, the system will auto-select wines based on your previous choices. To review or adjust your selections, click on “Your Wine Club” in the left-hand menu, then click “Edit Club.”
What’s in Your Seasonal Pack?
Below is a link to the wines included in our Seasonal Six-Pack, Seasonal Dozen, and Winemaker’s Dozen for Autumn 2025. Please note, these packs are pre-packed at an off-site warehouse, and we’re unable to make changes to the wines included.
If you'd prefer to select your own wines, consider switching to a "Custom Dozen" membership. You can update this in your account, or call us if you need assistance.
Payments
We’ll notify you by email one month before processing your club pack payment. This is a good time to double-check your credit card details and delivery address.
Dispatch Information
Eastern States orders are dispatched first due to longer shipping times, followed by Western Australian orders. Wines are shipped from our Capel warehouse within 7 days of payment.
Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery. If you haven’t received your wine within 15 business days, please contact us at (08) 9756 8577.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. You can track your order here: Australia Post Tracking. If you don’t receive the email or it goes to junk mail, please let us know.
